The inner cavity and ball of liquid chlorine and chlorine gas ball valves are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging resistant polypropylene (F46) using high-pressure injection molding technology, which provides reliable corrosion resistance and sealing. Widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals to regulate or cut off highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis in the production process, with the most significant effect in water treatment process control.
[Product Features]
1. The ball valve with FEP lining layer has extremely high chemical stability and can be used for any strong corrosive properties except for "molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine"
2. Adopting a full bore and floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without leakage throughout the entire pressure range, making it easier for the pipeline system to pass through the ball and maintain the pipeline
3. The opening and closing ball parts are integrated with the valve stem cast (forged), eliminating the possibility of the valve stem being ejected from the pressure bearing parts due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring the safety of use in engineering
4. The structure is compact and reasonable, with the smallest internal space of the valve body, reducing medium retention. In addition, the special molding process ensures good density of the sealing surface, and the combination of herringbone ring PTFE packing enables the valve to achieve zero leakage
5. Two piece and three piece structures can adapt to various pipeline systems and working conditions with different requirements. The three piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the two side valve bodies, enabling online quick replacement and maintenance
